I offer nature-based outdoor therapy. I am interested in creating bespoke therapeutic experiences with you and for you. This can be as simple as walking through a city park, or sitting in one. It can also be a gentle stroll along the coast to pick seashells, or foraging in a local woodland. Or you may want to climb a hill, float in a loch, hug a tree, climb a tree, lie in a bed of moss, or scream at the sea.

While I can’t tell you what you will find, I can help you explore what it is that you want to explore in nature, what of yourself you are bringing and the questions you are asking. Through talking, writing, and feeling, we can figure out together what it is you are receiving and discovering through your experience in nature and in your body.

If you are curious, I would encourage to get in touch so we can start discussing what we can design for you. I am not strong or fast enough to take you up a munro, but I do know a few hills, lochs, and forests as well as a couple of parks and cycle paths near Glasgow where hopefully you can connect with yourself in and through nature. Let me know about your access needs and your ambitions and we’ll come up with the right experience for you.

I’m a member of the Association for Outdoor Therapy, and I have attended training in outdoor therapy with Venture Trust Scotland.
